Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Chervinsky worked at Baker McKenzie LLP, where he focused on commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and internal investigations related to allegations of fraud and corruption. He also advised Fortune
500 clients on compliance with federal anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations. Mr. Chervinsky clerked for the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He received his J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School.
